Meet the Owner

Hi! I’m Danny, the owner of Lift Lab—your local Mill Creek home gym.

My life began to shift in a positive direction on December 10, 2017, when I made the decision to get sober and fully commit to change. In the years leading up to that, I spent a long time searching for purpose and direction. It was a challenging period, but one that ultimately led me to where I am today.

With help, and the support of people who believed in me, I found a path forward. I also leaned heavily into fitness - something that helped ground me and teach me important values like discipline, perseverance, and humility.

Today, I’m a NASM certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist and nutritionist. I’m passionate about helping others experience the same physical and mental growth that fitness gave me. I’m also a proud husband and father - roles that mean everything to me.

At the heart of it all, I care about people. Fitness is simply the way I connect, support, and give back. Every day, it reminds me of how far I’ve come and why I’m so committed to helping others move forward in their own journeys.

Fitness isn’t something we “fit in” — it’s something we build into our everyday lives. As a family, movement is part of our routine and time together.

As a relatively new dad, I believe in leading by example — showing that taking care of your body and making time to move are vital for well-being. It’s about consistency and creating habits that feel manageable and positive.

More than anything, movement brings people together — strengthening connection within our family and extending into our broader community. Fitness isn’t just personal; it’s something we share, build around, and use to shape the life we want to live.

Lift Lab Philosophy

At our core, we believe fitness isn’t a trend or temporary - it’s a fundamental part of a healthy, fulfilling life. Just like eating and sleep, movement should be a consistent, sustainable part of your daily routine.

We're committed to making fitness accessible and approachable for everyone, no matter your starting point, schedule, or experience level. Fitness looks different for everyone, which is exactly how it should be.

Our goal is to help you build a routine that fits your life - one that feels realistic, sustainable, and empowering over time. Because when fitness becomes part of your lifestyle, it doesn’t just change how you move - it changes how you live.
